These terms of service ("terms") cover your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean MIGUEL GLOBAL 3 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Satinlune, which operates this website, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or places an order.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Satinlune is a brand of MIGUEL GLOBAL 3 LLC. We sell personal-care products online to customers in the United States. You can reach us by email at support@satinlune.com or through our contact page. We're available Monday–Friday and reply within one business day. We don't offer phone support.

Our products

  • Our anti-cellulite massager is a cosmetic personal-care device. It is not a medical device.
  • It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Results vary from person to person, and we can't promise any specific result.
  • Product images are for illustration. The product you receive may look slightly different.

Safe use

Please read and follow the user manual that comes with your device. Our products are intended for adults.

Don't use the massager if you:

  • are pregnant
  • have a pacemaker or other implanted device
  • have a blood-clotting disorder or take blood thinners

Don't use it on:

  • varicose veins
  • broken, irritated or sunburned skin
  • your face, the front of your neck or your chest

Stop using it if it hurts or causes bruising. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using it.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there's an error in the price or product details. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • We work to keep this website accurate, but mistakes can happen. We may correct errors in prices, descriptions or availability at any time, including after you've placed an order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't store your card number. By placing an order, you confirm that you're allowed to use the payment method you provide.

Bundle discounts

When you buy more than one unit, bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity in your cart. You don't need a discount code.

Shipping and refunds

Delivery areas, times and tracking are covered in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee, returns and cancellations are covered in our Refund Policy.

Reviews and content you submit

We welcome reviews, photos, comments and questions. When you submit content, you confirm that:

  • it's your honest opinion, based on your own experience
  • it's yours to share and doesn't violate anyone else's rights
  • it isn't false, misleading, offensive or unlawful

You keep ownership of your content, but you give us free, ongoing permission to display it on this website and use it in our marketing. We may remove content that breaks these rules. We don't remove reviews just because they're negative.

Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, graphics and logos on this website belong to us or to the people who license them to us, and they're protected by law. Please don't copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted. If you keep using this website after an update, you accept the revised terms.
