Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide whether it's right for you. Go ahead and use it during that time. That's what the 30 days are for. If you're not happy with it, we'll give you your money back.

How to get a refund

  • Email us at support@satinlune.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a line about what didn't work for you.
  • We'll reply within one business day and either refund you directly or ask you to send the item back.
  • If we ask for it back, we'll email you a prepaid return label, so return shipping costs you nothing.

Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first. We don't have a public returns address, and our mailing address is not a returns address. The prepaid label we email you makes sure your return gets to the right place.

When you'll get your refund

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We process your refund within 2 business days of approving it. If we asked for the item back, we process it within 2 business days of receiving it.
  • Your bank or card issuer may then take 5–10 business days to post it to your account.
  • Shipping is free, so nothing is deducted from your refund.

Bundles

If you bought a bundle, we refund the discounted per-unit price you paid for each unit returned. For example, if you bought 2 units at $54 each and return one, you'll get $54 back.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work properly or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo or video within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible, since we can't cancel an order once it's on its way. If it has already shipped, our 30-day guarantee still covers you.
